There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would need a server to receive it, and this site deliberately has none. Email reaches a person.
General, bugs and tool requests
For a bug, the three things that make it fixable are: which tool, what you pasted (or a small example that behaves the same way), and what you expected instead. Please do not send real customer data to illustrate a bug — a handful of made-up values that reproduce it is more useful and safer for both of us.
For a tool request, describe the job rather than the feature. "I have to split a column of addresses and the spaces keep breaking it" tells us far more than "add a split option".
Privacy questions
This includes any request about your personal data under UK or EU GDPR. Read the privacy policy first — it is likely to answer the question faster, and it is honest about the fact that we hold almost nothing that could identify you.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith, who does not access or modify data belonging to other people, and who does not degrade the service for others. We do not run a paid bounty programme, but we will credit you if you would like that.
Response times
This is a small independent project, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days. Privacy and security mail is read first.
